Secure your Rain account

In order to maintain account integrity, you will need to apply some highly recommended steps, including:

• Use a password manager. Password managers help you keep track of all your passwords, and also generate hard-to-crack passwords. Using a password manager can increase chances of your account remaining safe. We suggest using 1Password, or other similar products. 

• Enable two-step verification to all accounts. Two-step verification is an additional layer of security for your account. This works by requiring additional confirmation of your identity. Two-step verification is added to your Rain account by default, and can be added to your email account e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook all offer two-step verification. • Only use devices you trust. Whenever you use a device to log into your Rain account, some of your details can be recorded on the device. Avoid using public or unverified devices to log into your account. This ensures that your account details are not compromised. 
• Don't share your personal details. Rain will never ask for your personal details over email. If you receive a suspicious email, claiming to be from Rain, get in touch with us immediately at [email protected]
