Bank statement requirement to complete your account registration

At Rain, we make sure to apply the industry’s best practices to maintain account integrity. Rain is licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), and as per the regulations set forth by the CBB, we are required to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documents from all of our users.

Upon sign-up, you will be asked to provide a bank statement outlining your name, IBAN, account number and your transactions for one month. Please note that bank statements issued more than nine months ago and screenshots are not acceptable.

Steps:

1. Visit your online banking website
2. Log in to your account
3. Click on Monthly statements
4. Choose generate PDF
5. Upload your bank statement on Rain and continue with the registration process.

Note: The bank statement should match your expected monthly deposits on Rain.
