Rain enables you to sell bitcoin in exchange for major Middle Eastern currencies as well as US dollars.  

Requirements:

1. A verified Rain account. If you haven't already signed up, you can create an account here. 
2. Funds in your Rain BTC account. In order to sell BTC you need a positive balance in your Rain BTC account.

NOTE: we charge a 1.5% fee of the transaction value for selling BTC. For more information about Rain fees click here.

Steps (Rain website):

1. Log in to your Rain account.
2. Click on Sell.
3. Enter the amount you would like to sell. You can either enter the value in BHD (e.g. BHD 100) or BTC (e.g. 0.5 BTC). 
4. Select BTC account to withdraw funds from.
5. Select BHD account to deposit to. Click continue.
6. Review the transaction details. Click confirm.
7. You will receive an email confirming the successful completion of the transaction.

 Steps (Rain app):

1. Open Rain app. For more information about Rain app click here.
2. Click on Sell.
3. Enter the amount you would like to sell. You can either enter the value in BHD (e.g. BHD 100) or BTC value ( e.g. 0.5 BTC). Use the arrow on the right side to switch between BHD and BTC.
4. Select BTC account to withdraw funds from.
5. Select BHD account to deposit to. Click Continue. 
6. Review the transaction details. Click Confirm.
7. You will receive an email confirming the successful completion of the transaction.
